/opt/resiprocate-1.3.4

type=AVC msg=audit(1400853870.985:268): avc:  denied  { execmod } for  pid=4493 comm="....." path="/opt/resiprocate-1.3.4/lib/libresip.so" dev=dm-0 ino=1346170 scontext=system_u:system_r:initrc_t:s0 tcontext=system_u:object_r:lib_t:s0 tclass=file

The ..... application attempted to load /opt/resiprocate-1.3.4/lib/libresip.so
which requires text relocation. This is a potential security problem. Most
libraries do not need this permission. Libraries are sometimes coded incorrectly
and request this permission.
